What we collect, and why

Enrollment requests. When you send the enroll form we receive what you type: the student's name, age group, whether you booked the Sunday demo class, your contact phone number, and an optional message. We use it for one thing — contacting you about classes. It is stored in the studio's own database and shows up only on our staff screen.

Class records. For enrolled students, studio staff keep the roster and attendance (name, age group, contact phone, parent email where provided). This information comes from you at enrollment and lives behind a staff-only, passcode-protected admin.

Payments. No payment information is collected anywhere on this site.

Security basics. Like most websites we use IP addresses to rate-limit form submissions and protect the staff login. The site is hosted, and its database run, by Cloudflare.

What we don't do

• No analytics or advertising trackers — this site sets no tracking cookies. (The only cookie is an essential login cookie on the staff admin.)
• We never sell personal information, and we don't hand your form details to anyone except the service provider that hosts the site and its database (Cloudflare).
• Like most websites, some page elements load from third parties: fonts from Google Fonts, and the videos on our gallery and home pages from YouTube. When your browser fetches those, the provider receives standard web-request data (such as your IP address) under its own privacy policy. None of your form details are sent to them.
• We don't ask for, and you should not send, payment details, government IDs, or medical information through any form on this site.

Children

Most of our students are children — and information about them reaches us from a parent or guardian, at enrollment or through the enroll form. This site is not designed to collect information directly from children, and we don't knowingly do so.

Your choices

Email [email protected] or call +1 (925) 336-7942 to see or correct the information we hold about you or your child, or to ask us to delete it — we'll act on your request and confirm when it's done.
